Where are your products manufactured?
Gifts are made to order by small UK artisan businesses. Please bear with them as they work through their order list. If it has taken longer than the time stated at point of order please get in touch with us by email and we will endeavour to assist you as quickly as possible. Leadtimes up to Christmas are usually the longest.
Can I set up a wholesale account?
Unfortunately we are offering retail only at present.
What is your Returns Policy?
Please post your item in its original packaging and resaleable new condition to Stoad Limited t/a Hansel UK, Carbridge Trade Centre, Main Road, Stretton, DE55 6EW. We recommend you use a tracked and signed service for this. We will review your return and if satisfactory, issue you a refund minus your original postage. You must return it to us within 30 days of receipt.
