Is your wrapping paper made from recycled paper?
YES. All of our gift wrap is made from recycled paper, mostly at 100%, in a few lines 70% minimum
Are all your products plastic-free?
YES. Even down to the packaging, we use cornstarch-based bags for our gift tags. Our ribbon is made from sustainable plant pulp.
Where are your products manufactured?
In the UK
Where do you source your materials from?
All of our raw materials come from within Europe and where possible within the UK, to keep our carbon footprint to a minimum.
Are the inks used harmful to the environment?
NO. We use vegetable and water-based inks, which are solvent-free.
Do you produce bespoke designs of wrapping paper?
YES! Please enquire.
Do you offer personalised prints?
NO, not currently. However, please register your interest as we are looking into this.
Do you design corporate branded wrap?
YES! Please enquire.
How will my items be delivered?
They will be posted to you via the courier Evri.
How long are delivery times?
3-5 working days for in-stock items, allow several weeks for bespoke prints.
Can I return an item?

YES, within 14 days of the receipt of the goods, returned in their original condition, we are happy to offer you a refund if you change your mind.

Please contact us in the instance that you receive goods damaged in transit or defective before returning them, with a photograph of the damage or defect to hello@hanseluk.co.uk

What if my stock item doesn’t arrive in 5 days?
Please contact us with your order details and we will do our best to resolve this for you.
Can I request a VAT invoice?
Yes, please send us an email with your order number/ref, name and preferred email address and we will forward you one. We do not post VAT receipts to avoid wasting paper.
Can I pay by cheque or cash?
NO, sorry, we do not have the facility to accept payment by these methods.
Why do I have to pay for postage?
We do not make any profit on our postage charges, simply delivering at cost to you.
I’ve just placed an order but I’ve changed my mind. How do I cancel/change my order?
Email hello@hanseluk.co.uk where one of our friendly team will be happy to assist you.
Do you offer samples?
To reduce waste, we don’t post samples to our retail buyers. I you are a wholesale reseller, please get in touch through partners@hanseluk.co.uk. If you would like to see some of our physical products, please contact us at hello@hanseluk.co.uk for a list of stockists.
What are you doing to reduce your environmental impact?
We run our servers on wind energy, we don’t sell anything containing plastic, and are working towards certified B Corp status.
