We hope you’ll be delighted with your order. Most standard-stock products can be returned if you change your mind. Please contact us at hello@hanseluk.co.uk within 14 days of receiving your order; you will then have a further 14 days to return it.

Items must be unused and in their original condition. Return postage costs are the customer’s responsibility. Personalised and bespoke products cannot normally be returned unless they are faulty, damaged, incorrect or not as described.
